Our three story tower villa and Family Room- each tower floor has :

1 double bed, closet, 1/2 bath, 330 square ft. private deck and hammock T.V. dvd, air conditioned, propane heater.
- 1st and 2nd floor have kitchens and ceiling fans, 3rd has outdoor small fridge, 1st floor has shower.
- Family room has 2 smaller rooms with double bed in each that shares a ½ bath with DVD T.V. in each room.
- 2 sleeping births in the bodegga with shared 1/2 bath with sliding glass doors and a heater.
- Bamboo floors.
- On tap water purification plant.
- Back up automatic generator.
- Support services available 24/7 from our neighbor Donny.
- 1 indoor and 1 outdoor day bed.
- Wireless internet everywhere. Note: no heavy downloads/uploads please!
- 52” Plasma Sky T.V. with DVD player with auto memory card .JPEGreader slot(wide).

Directions:
15 minutes So.from Todos Santos on Rt.19 to Pescadero turn right on the 2nd unmarked road So. of Bus stop on dirt/sand road along growing fields to beach…turn left and head south along new wall for resort and ..look for Orange Villa del Faro tower on right next door to King Palm Ranch.
Options:
Airport pick up, maid service, cook, cell phones, surf board rentals and lessons, sea kayak rental, sightseeing tours, horseback riding, fishing, and massages. All available upon request.
Pricing (as of 1/10/08):
1-week minimum: Up to 10 adults . . . Tent and cots
available for up to 4 additional persons at $150 per person per week. Futon double bed in open lookout above family room.
Rates available upon request.
Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, and New Years Week: $5,500 (during these times we suppliment the solar heated pool with propane heat to get the pool up to 86 degress from the winter 79 degrees with the solar. We charge a $250 additional fee during this time as additional pool heating surchage).
11/1 to 8/1: Peak Season: $4,000 or $1,400 per couple, per floor.
8/2 to 10/31: Off Season: $3,000 or $1,000 per couple, per floor.
Terms:
Terms: 50 % non-refundable policy due upon confirmation of booking. Full payment balance due 60 days prior to arrival. AX, Visa, M.C., or Checks mailed to:

Fuel Sur Charge:
We will charge a fee beyond allowance per week.
(extreme hot tub usage…..Beyond 4 hours per day). Donny will go over these details.
No smoking Policy for indoors $250 deducted from deposit for smoking indoors.
Cleaning fee/deposit…See day to day suggested household guide. $100 or more will be deducted if villa is left dirty or damaged, .i.e. major scratches on floors, stained bedding , broken furniture, knife cutting marks on counters (use cutting boards!), stains and or rips in pool table surface. etc...
Security/damage deposit on check or credit card for $2,000. 1 week delay on refund.
No pets please …no indoor smoking . . . No indoor candles.
Lower Floor is handicap accessible.

I indoor and 1 outdoor stereo CD players with Aux.ins for I pods.
DVD library of over 100 popular movie titles, 3 video rental in Todos Santos.
